The cooperation between Workcontrol and New Originals/Lunter will soon reach its two-year milestone. From the beginning, the partnership was designed to address workforce shortages in production.
However, it quickly became clear that success is not just about the “number of workers.” Professionalism, reliable attendance, willingness to work, and adaptability are the reasons why Workcontrol has become a stable and trusted operational partner.
2. Scope of services provided
Workcontrol supplies New Originals/Lunter with employees through temporary assignments as well as short-term contracts for the following positions:
Warehouse workers
Logistics personnel
Cashiers
Shelf replenishment staff
Administrative and seasonal rolesLagermitarbeiter
The largest group of our employees works in the role of Press Operator, one of the most demanding positions within the entire operation.
Our teams also cover other key production roles such as Multivac operators, replenishers, oven attendants, and more. Currently, four employees at the site have advanced Multivac training, including machine operation, foil replacement, and full machine setup.
3. Speed and efficiency of recruitment
Average time to fill a position: 1 week
Training takes place on Mondays, with employees entering the production processes as early as Tuesday
Current workforce status:
Stable core team: 28 workers (since February 2025)
Flexible peak response: within 24 hours
During holidays, vacation periods, and production peaks, our employees are often the only solution that ensures smooth production without interruptions.
