The company is founded with the first branch in Martin. We start supplying hardworking hands to European companies.
Thanks to market analysis and successful collaborations, we are starting to grow. We are opening new recruitment branches in central and western Slovakia.
We are expanding our service portfolio and acquiring new clients. We are launching our first collaborations with partners abroad with the aim of starting the recruitment of labor from third countries.
Thanks to the trust and satisfaction of our clients, we have crossed the milestone of 1000 employees. At the same time, we have tripled the number of implemented projects. We are gradually gaining experience and opening new recruitment branches abroad.
The three-year period has passed and the temporary agency permit is coming into force. Thanks to this, we can fully assign third-country workers to our clients.
Our reliable workers from Asia are ready to work for you too. This year we have increased the quality of the company's functioning, which is confirmed by the ISO 9001:2015 certificate .
The Workcontrol Group is preparing to enter new industries through Workcontrol facility and Workcontrol quality in 2025. We expect a 100% increase in our turnover for 2025.
